We believe in well-being without subscription, or a laboured daily visit to the gym. To us fitness and well-being is a state of mind brought on by key behavioural patterns. We see an open field on a windy day as a playground, a children’s play park as a resistance training toolbox and a living room as ready staged workout station.
For something to be sustainable it must become habitual. For it to be habitual it must stimulate and offer enjoyment.

The eyes of an X-PT instructor or client see things other just don’t see. We spy an opportunity and instantly look to utilise it. We make the most of any situation and time restraint.
We train because we want to train not because we have to. We cherish challenges; challenges make us strong and ultimately make us feel good. We don’t conform to the norm, nor are we pretentious or purposely trying to stand out. We simply know what works for us, it’s fun, it’s at times tough but it keeps us honest.
We don’t offer a wonder product or a quick fix; we are the product, the moulded mind-set.
X-PT is an experience progressing into a way of life. We live it daily and its positive effects radiate in everything we do or believe in.
